We have now opened a new office in Wellington and are now dedicated to sharing our extensive experience, knowledge and expertise to asist those affected by Leaky Building Sydndrome throughout the Wellington region.

Our specialist teams have completed over 200 units in multi-unit complexes and more than 25 stand alone houses as well as schools and light commercial buildings. We are currently involved in entire reclads of several multi unit complexes, stand alone homes and light commercial buildings.
We have a highly experienced team WHO HAVE COMPLETED OVER 200 INVESTIGATIONS to assist you with any non-invasive as well as invasive destructive testing.
We have HIGHLY ROBUST procedures and processes that are second to none for collecting and processing costing information during the contract for any legal claims that are being prepared.
We have over 75 on-site personnel and operate from our Head Office in Ponsonby Auckland. We undertake recladding work throughout the greater Auckland and Wellington areas.
