David Holloway
Managing Director
David has been in the building industry for more than 26 years. He is a trade-qualified carpenter. Over the past 20 years he has gained vast experience in construction management as he has grown his business, and amassed the skills and people, to deliver quality building services. In response to the increasing amount of recladding work being undertaken by Holloway Builders, seven years ago David created a separate company, Reconstruct, to specialise in the recladding of leaky buildings. Over this time he has built a loyal team who have provided many years of consistent and quality service.

Roger Crichton
Contract Manager
After completing a four-year carpentry apprenticeship in the UK, Roger moved to New Zealand in 1994 and worked for a building company in Howick, prior to joining Holloway Builders 15 years ago. He rose through the ranks to become Contracts Manager for the company, co-ordinating and overseeing building and renovation projects. Roger is highly respected thoughout the construction industry for his wealth of knowledge on weathertightness issues, and for his innovative and effective solutions, including the design of complex flashings to eradicate water ingress. His meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and proven track record are a key component of our business.
